How to Join
New Classes start each Fall. This is the only time new kids can join this year, you must either show up at the hall at 11AM with your child or call Alice at the number below to register by then. New Classes start this year on Oct. 20, 2001
We start them out as young as 3yrs old, and can stay in until they graduate from High School. We do send them home once in a while for visits. Actually classes are every Saturday during School and Wednesdays during the summer breaks.
There are normally three classes, the older kids from the top classes will help teach the younger ones. As they learn dances they move up until they get to the top class, most children will go up a class each year. A few older ones faster, and a few younger ones may take a little longer . Only the Top classes does most of the long trips.
They have traveled all over the world, to such places as London, Ireland, France, Germany, and many more. They also make US trips to the National Square Dance convention each year. This convention is in a different city each year, therefore when we attend that convention we often appear in nearby places such as last years trip to California. While there we performed at Disneyland. On other trips we have preformed at Opera Land, Branson, Washington DC, Memphis, and on the Carnival Cruise Lines Fantasy, just to mention a few.
