   i work for a real estate company and this guy could never schedule a showing for us when we had clients who wanted to see his listings. Poor Robin alwas in the middle at his office, covering for him by telling us that the “renters won’t cooperate.” We confirmed this as a lie when we showed up to the property anyways and found out that the renters were never contacted by Marshall’s office for any showing.

   He is no different when submitting an offer on a house either. He waited for the expiration date to pass on the offer before he responded, and said he threw it away when asked what happened to it, supposedly because we were the ones who did not reply to him on time.

   This guy is what the Better Business Bureau warns about as a “Foreclosure Rescue Scammer”, by offering hopes and dreams of help to those in desperate need of saving their house from a foreclosure. He found the loopholes in the laws and has the balls to actually make a living this way. His Real Estate license should be pulled for his immoral practices.
